July 16-19 2026, all Maple & Ash locations will celebrate National Caviar Day with a playful lineup of unexpected bites, cocktails, and signature caviar moments designed to surprise and delight throughout the evening.

For this special occasion, our culinary team is introducing a collection of limited-edition enhancements and indulgent bites available exclusively July 16-19.

Guests can enjoy:

Stuffed Olive Upgrade – our signature cocktail olive, luxuriously filled with caviar.
Blacked-Out Oysters – freshly shucked oysters crowned with a generous spoonful of caviar.
Caviar Bumps – the iconic celebratory bite that has become a favorite among caviar lovers.
