What if Syndicate

Regularly asking “what if?” helped open the door to the original concept of Maple & Ash... a steakhouse designed to attract an underserved audience – women and foodies. Three years later, the What If Syndicate has become the parent company to an award-winning portfolio of brands -- Maple & Ash, Aya Pastry (Commercial Bakery), Mavens & Aficionados (highly personalized wine club), and etta -- each contributing to the growing hospitality group of David Pisor, Jim Lasky, and Danny Grant.
