Some estates make wine. Inglenook made history. Founded in 1879 in the heart of Rutherford by Finnish sea captain Gustave Niebaum, Inglenook helped write the first chapter of Napa Valley, and its mid-century bottlings are still among the most sought after wines in America. Generations later, the Coppola family pieced the original estate back together acre by acre, restoring the vineyards, the château, and eventually the Inglenook name itself.
We’re bringing that story to Boston for one night. Join us for this intimate seated dinner poured alongside Inglenook, with Associate Winemaker Jonathan Tyer at the table to share the wines, the history, and what makes this corner of Napa taste the way it does.
Maple & Ash’s interpretation of a “Happy Hour,” features our signature seafood towers with manila clams, scallops, black tiger prawns and Alaskan king crab, roasted in the hearth and finished with garlic butter and chili oil.
