Join us for a one-day-only tailgate, bringing together two famed Chicago chefs for a game-day experience centered on paella, football and patio drinking!

Chef Marcos Ascencio of Mariscos San Pedro will serve his signature tailgate paella, while our very own Maple & Ash Culinary Director Danny Grant will serve a spicy meatball, tomato and giardiniera fundido with housemade flour tortillas. The Bears vs. Falcons game will be shown on screens throughout Eight Bar, including patio projectors, with full audio and a DJ spinning during commercial breaks.

We’ll also be teaming up with Jameson to ensure it’s a game day worth leaving the couch for. Be sure to partake in any Jameson beverage to get in on their First Round on Us offer, where you’re invited to submit your receipt and get up to $20 back! (subject to campaign terms).
